How Long Will It take to Print My Order?

We calculate estimated production times in business days and our operating hours which are Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM excluding holidays.

3pm Pacific Time Cut Off

Orders placed by 3pm Pacific time with print ready artwork will be considered received and commence production on the next business day.

Production Times Are Estimated

Each product we offer has an estimated production time for you to consider and select when you place your order. We always strive to meet these production times but please always allow time for any potential delays.

Proofs Will Delay Your Order

Requesting a proof is always a good idea, but please note your order is considered to be on hold until we receive your approval. We strive to send proofs as soon as possible and ask that you take the time to very carefully review every aspect of your project, once we receive your proof approval your order will go into production.

Hard Deadline?

If you have a hard deadline for a project please be sure to contact us before ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline.

Shipping or Pick-up

Your estimated production time indicates when your order will be ready to pick-up or ship. Shipping times are not part of the production time. Please be sure to choose a shipping option that will meet your deadline based on the estimated production time. Once an order is shipped we are not able to change the shipping times.

We are closed on weekends and the following holidays - these are not considered business days.

What Can Delay Your Order

We make every effort to process your order as soon as possible, we don't like putting orders on hold as we know this can delay your production time. Here are a few reasons your order might be put on hold and delayed.

You order a size of card that doesn't match your artwork and there are no special trimming instructions
Your files are supplied at the wrong size
You submit files in the wrong colour mode or with low resolution
Your files have information within the critical trim area that may be trimmed off or the files do not have a bleed
You indicate that you need your project ready on a date that does not match the production time selected.

FINISHING WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER

Requesting finishing such as rounded corners, scoring, edge painting or folding can add 1-3 business days to the production of your order. We strive to complete all finishing work as soon as possible, but please account for extra time for finishing when placing your order.

4 Business Day Production

5-7 Business Day Production

Day 2-7 In production - estimated ready window is day 5-7

2-3 Business Day Production

Order submitted with print ready artwork: we receive your order and it is processed, invoiced and sent to production the following day.

24 Hour Production Time

Order submitted with print ready artwork: we receive your order and it is processed, invoiced and sent to production for file checking with an estimated ready time within 1 business day.

6 Hour Production Time

Order submitted with print ready artwork: we receive your order and it is processed, invoiced and sent to production for file checking with an estimated ready time within 6 hours.
