We use direct to film printing, commonly called DTF printing, to reproduce colorful logos, photographs, illustrations, gradients and detailed artwork.
Unlike traditional screen printing, which generally requires a separate screen for every ink color, DTF printing allows complex artwork to be printed in full color. This makes it an excellent choice for colorful designs and custom T shirt orders.

Clubcard’s custom T shirts are printed at our production studio in Palm Springs, California. This is not a public retail location, and all orders must be placed online.
Direct to film printing transfers full color artwork onto a T shirt using a printed film, adhesive and heat. It can reproduce detailed designs, photographs, gradients and multiple colors without requiring separate screens for every color.
Yes. Full color DTF printing is suitable for photographs, illustrations, logos and artwork containing many colors. A high resolution image will provide the best result.

Yes. Orders can be placed online and shipped to addresses throughout the United States.
Wash custom printed T shirts inside out in cold water using a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and high heat. Hang drying is preferred, or tumble dry using low heat.
Yes. We print full color shirts for businesses, staff, events, weddings, clubs, bands, artists and nonprofit organizations.
Bleeds: No Bleed Required.
Live Area: 3.5" x 5" or 8" x 10"
Colors: supply your files in CMYK color (Pantone/RGB colors will be converted or rejected)
Optional White Ink: indicate areas to print in white using CMYK value C0, M0, Y0, K0. Anything set to that value will print white. Any areas you want to be transparent (shirt color), must be set as a transparent element (not a fill of C0, M0, Y0, K0)
Resolution: 300 dpi minimum (400 dpi preferred)
Fonts: fonts must converted to curves/outlines (we do not accept fonts).
Transparencies: flatten all transparencies
Files Type: We prefer PDF files but we accept PSD, EPS, AI, CDR, TIFF or JPG.
For best results we recommend text with a font size larger than 12pt and lines thicker than 2pt.
We back up all full colour artwork with a layer of white ink. This layer provides a neutral base to ensure your colours are more vibrant on dark fabrics. Clubcard will ensure this layer is print ready for you however If you would like to use white ink as part of your design (to fill in areas of your design) or print white only elements please be sure to supply an additional layer in your file as the white ink layer.
Files need to be supplied in vector format. If you are unable to provide in that format, please contact us so we can give you options to move ahead with your project.
