CUSTOM BOOKLET FEATURES & OPTIONS

• Sizes Available: From compact 4" × 6" booklets to full size 9" × 12" catalogs, with plenty of sizes in between. Need a size that isn’t listed? Choose the next larger size and tell us your finished size in the order notes.
• Saddle Stitched Binding: A classic, clean and cost-effective binding with staples along the centerfold. Great for booklets, zines, catalogs, programs, newsletters and comic books.
• Paper & Cover Stocks: Choose from uncoated, recycled, gloss and kraft papers. Use the same stock throughout or add a heavier card stock cover when you want a little more substance.
• Full Color Printing: Crisp, high-definition CMYK printing throughout, plus optional white ink printing on covers for select stocks.
• Printed in Vancouver: Your booklets are printed and finished at Clubcard Vancouver, then shipped directly to you in the USA.

PROOFING & PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Selecting a proof will add time to your order. Production begins after final proof approval, and your selected production turnaround is calculated from that time.

• PDF Proof: Emailed within 1 business day. Rush orders are prioritized and proofs are sent as soon as possible during business hours.
  
  
• Printed Proof: A finished saddle stitched booklet produced on your selected paper and cover stocks, generally within 1 business day. Printed proofs are mailed with tracking.
  
  
• Rush Orders: PDF proofs are prioritized for rush orders. Printed proofs cannot be rushed.

If changes are required after a proof is provided, production turnaround begins after the revised proof receives final approval.
