This banner stand is recommended for indoor use only and is not suited for windy, wet or outdoor conditions that could damage the banner material or stand mechanism.
Not Meant for Permanent Display
Retractable banner stands are not meant for permanent display and should be rolled down into the case when not in use or the mechanism may lock up.
Banner Cannot Be Changed
We are unable to change the banner after our retractable banner stands have been assembled. If you are looking to update the graphics on a stand at any point down the road, you should consider our L-Stands or X-Stands instead.
Don't Get too Close to the Edge
Make sure artwork doesn't extend too close to the top or bottom edges. Approx 3/4" of the top edge will be covered by the metal bar and 3/4" on the bottom will be inside the base of the stand. This is shown on the templates to help you design accurately.
Set up and Take down Slowly and with Care
Keep a good grip on the banner bar when rolling up or down as the mechanism will retract rapidly and damage the banner if let go. Ensure you roll the banner up and down slowly and evenly on both sides to prevent ripping or tearing the banner material.
